Shri. Suvrat Deshpande has 10+ years of experience in development and banking sector. He has started his career as SHG program (Microfinance) Head with Sava Mandir and a nongovernmental organization working in Rajasthan. Post his Post graduation in Rural Management Suvrat Joined banking sector, he has played role in business development, new operations set up, channel partner and digital banking platforms. Suvrat has finished his second Master’s degree from University of Exeter, (UK) and joined BUMSPL as Executive Director and cofounded along with Mr. Shirish Deshpande. Currently he is working on research paper title with “To what extent impact investment is an adequate tool to support social Entrepreneurship in India”.

Shri. Swapnil Wankhede comes with rich experience in micro finance including Group Lending, Individual Lending (Livestock/Agri) and Affordable Housing Loans. Beginning with group loan, he has handled a portfolio of Rs. 500 Cr. plus business. He has worked in the capacity of Regional Manager across many states of Maharashtra especially Vidarbha along with Gujarat and Chhattisgarh. His expertise is mainly in the area of business development, setting up of new vertical, implementation of new product and designing policy/process thereby. Swapnil is a post graduate in Agribusiness Management and a graduate in Agriculture Technology. His professional associations have been with, Ujjivan Financial Services, Janalakshmi Financial Services and National Bulk Handling Corporation.

Having worked through back-end operations he has effectively worked upon Tele calling, Data management and MIS reporting. He has knowledge of Br.net software (Loan Management System). Narendra has done his MBA in Finance. His previous assignment was with Ujjivan Small Finance Bank.

Prior to BUMSPL his last assignment is with WheelsEMI Pvt. Ltd. as Assistant Manager – HR handling Pan India Recruitment & Operations. He has done his Post Graduation in MBA HR from Pune University.
