This program includes a series of skill development workshops to be conducted at each of our branch locations in association with “Swayamsiddha” team. Swayamsiddha is an organization, working towards women development since 26 years. Through these years they have developed more than 4500 women entrepreneurs.

It is a two-day workshop, where first day is all about creating awareness and interest towards finance management, funding and small business opportunities. On the second day, specialized skill training for selected business type is imparted. This aids women on the path of entrepreneurship. The training covers all aspects; viz. arrangement of finance, raw material requirement, its procuring, making of saleable quality products, packaging, pricing, presentation, marketing and selling of the same.

The batches undergo various skill trainings, viz. 1- Food Processing, 2- Paper craft and ceramic work, 3- Paper bag making and 4- Spices preparation.

Those who completed such trainings were very happy with this great opportunity and relevant exposure at the workshop. They heartily thanked Buldana Urban and Swayamsiddha team for the same.
